Proverbs 2:6-7 — “For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless.”

Heavenly Father, we pray for all local candidates running for office in this election. Grant them wisdom, integrity, and a sincere desire to serve their communities with justice and righteousness. Guide them to make decisions that honor You and seek the well-being of the people they represent. Protect their hearts and minds from pride, deceit, and confusion, and let Your hand be upon those who walk in truth. May they be leaders who listen, understand, and act with humility and grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
